I had a comfortable and clean stay at the hotel. The room had a nice view, but it was a bit stuffy. The service was very helpful, especially the man in the bar who gave us a welcome drink, and Karen was particularly friendly when organizing our trip back to Munich. The location was excellent, just opposite the main train station, with easy access to the main attractions in the old town. The dining experience was a bit expensive and not excellent. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
